Instruction To Authors

IJCSMS accepts research and review article in Computer Science and Management Studies. Therefore, the corresponding author is requested to mention the branch which comes under either Computer Science or Management Studies for their manuscript in their cover letter.

All papers of the journal are peer reviewed by two independent reviewers. Most of the acceptance is granted when both reviewers' recommendations are positive.

Journal issues will be made available online for download.

An ePublication Certificate will be awarded to authors.

Cover Letter

During submission of the article, a cover letter should be included having :

  • Authors full address and telephone/fax number.
  • The type of article (Research or Review) along with the title and the type of branch (either Computer Science or Management Studies ) under which the article to be published should be mentioned.
Research Article

These articles should clearly describe new and carefully confirmed results and experimental procedure which should be given in required details for others to verify the work. The article can be up to 8000 words excluding references and abstract. For proper referring and fast publication all manuscript should be grammatically correct. Additional Fee may be charged by the editor for correction if the manuscript has extensive grammatical mistakes which would be intimated to the corresponding author before final acceptance

The manuscript should be prepared in English using “MS Word” according to IJCSMS Paper Format. “Times New Roman” font should be used. The font size should be of 10pt but main subheadings may be of 11pt. All plant and microorganism's scientific names should be written in italic. All research article should be typed single spaced and should have the following sections: Title page, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if any) and References.

Title Page

The title should appear on a first page which should then followed by the author name and the institution name and address by indicating suitable superscripts. Title page should contain title of the paper in bold face, title case (font size 18, font-name century), names of the authors in normal face, title case (font size 9) followed by the address(es) in normal face lower case (font size 9). A number must be placed after the corresponding authors name as superscript whose email id can be given below the author name. Corresponding author has the responsibility to ensure that all co authors are aware and approve the contents of the submitted manuscript.

Types of Contribution

IJCSMS welcomes the following types of contributions:

  • Online research articles.
  • Survey/Review articles, providing a comprehensive review on a scientific topic
  • Fast Communications: Short, self-contained articles on ongoing research, or reporting interesting, possibly tentative, ideas, or comments on previously published research
  • Technical Notes

Paper Submission Guidelines

The submitted papers MUST be written in English, not exceeding 10 double-column pages, and SHOULD follow the IJCSMS paper template (both MS Word or PDF version accepted)

Up to five (5) additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay for the over-length charge at the time of publication. Submissions must include a title, abstract, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s), email address(es). Please indicate the corresponding author

Authors submitting a revised manuscript need to outline separately the response to the reviewers' comments including changes introduced to the manuscript.

Final Paper Submission

Each final paper should be in MS Word style (with .doc extension) or PDF Document(with .pdf extension) submitted to the IJCSMS Managing Editor at editor@ijcsms.com
